Collaboration with Colleagues in the Concept of Teaching
I believe that collaboration is very important. When teachers collaborate; they broaden their horizons, see things from different points of views and do less. Collaboration both helps the teachers to do better for their students and improves them mentally( learning for teaching process) with less effort. In my opinion teachers joined these "brain-storming teams" are more successful than the others. These groups don't have to be fixed by the goverment or the principals, they better be fixed by the teachers themselves. For example; when I collaborate with my peers it triggers my thoughts and new ideas comes out then we discuss them, shape with other ideas and come up with a "thing".
